定西地区主要生态环境问题与对策

Ecological Crisis and the Countermeasures of Dingxi District

本文在分析定西地区自然概况及生态环境建设现状的基础上 ,揭示了该区生态环境脆弱、水土流失严重、水资源短缺、生态负荷重、经济贫困等生态环境建设中的问题和症结。在此基础上提出了定西地区生态环境建设的对策及建议。

Dingxi District locates in the middle of Gansu Province. This region belongs to the ravine area of Loess Plateau. It has the representativebrittle environment and is one of the main resources of sand that rush into Yellow River in Loess Plateau.Presently in the world,DingXi District is one of the areas that lose soil and water most.There is 1.673746 10 4square kilometer soil and water loss area that account for 85.2 percent of the whole area.Annual soil corrasion modulus is 5.72804 10 3tons per square kilometer and even more than 1.2 10 4 tons.This area lose 8.786 10 7tons sand every year,which account for 17.4 percent of 5.04 10 8tons of sand that rush into the Yellow River province wide and 5.5 percent of 1.6 10 9tons of annual sand transportation of Yellow River.Along with the nutrient loss over 1.9 10 6tons of N、P、K, the annual earth’s surface soil corrasion can be 3.9 milimeter. Basis on the analysis of its natural condition and the environment construction, this paper point out that with the development of this region, however, lots of environmental problems have been encountered, such as the destruction of environment, scarcityof water resources, overload of environment, low growth of peasants'income. How to get sustainable development will be the most important task of the district. Then this paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the region and suggests some methods for the district to get both economic and societal sustainable development: 1) With western China development, strengthen the work on the protection of water and soil by returning the plow landto the woodland and grassland; 2) Adjust the agricultural structure and pay more strength to the development of environmental agriculture and market agriculture that have higher benefit; 3) Develop this region with more rational regional planning and water consume.; 4) Carry into the execution of project of indraught Taohe and optimizethe configuration of water resources; 5) Strengthen the development of small town in order to promote the quality of environment.
