20城市糖尿病健康教育干预分析 被引量:5

Effects of Health Education Intervention on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus in 20 Cities in China

摘要 目的 调查中国大城市糖尿病患者开展健康教育的效果。方法 对 2 0个城市 5 9家医院 1 90 0 0名糖尿病患者开展以政府倡议、大众媒体合作、专科医生参加医院门诊教育相结合的糖尿病健康教育。同时以问卷调查、个人访谈的方式对 1 90 0 0名糖尿病患者进行调查。结果  92 4%的人进行饮食控制 ,75 6%的人坚持经常运动。空腹血糖值测定正常者占 3 4 8% ,餐后血糖值测定正常者占 42 5 % ,平时糖化血红蛋白的测定正常者占 1 1 6% ,异常者占 1 0 4% ,未检测者占 88 0 %。有 69 9%的人回答患有并发症。 90 0 %以上的患者希望接受健康教育和邮寄教育材料。对于糖尿病患者是否应该注意血压、血脂 ,糖尿病能否治愈 ,空腹血糖 ,餐后血糖 ,糖化血红蛋白正常范围等问题的正确回答率 ,分别为 86 3 % ,93 8% ,88 1 % ,49 4% ,2 6 2 % ,2 5 6%。结论 这种多部门合作的糖尿病健康教育干预是成功的 ,对于糖尿病的预防控制。 Objective To investigate the effects of health education on patients with diabetes mellitus in cities in China Methods A comprehensive health education on diabetes, including distribution of health education materials and mass media publicity, was carried out among 19000 patients with diabetes in 59 hospitals in 20 cities, in China's Mainland At the same time a questionnaire survey was conducted among these patients Patients out of them received personal interview Results 95 3% suffered from type 2 diabetes and 2 6% from type 1 diabetes 92 4% adopted diet, 75 6% participated in regular exercise; 34 8% with normal fasting blood sugar; 42 5% with normal postprandial blood sugar; 11 6% with normal hemoglobin, 10 4% with abnormal hemoglobin, and 88 0% refused to be tested ; 69 9% with complications; 95 4% expressed their needs for health education, 91 7% needed telephone counseling and mailed health education materials; correct answer rates about the question on the cause of diabetes, whether diabetics should pay attention to their blood pressure and blood lipid, whether diabetes can be cured, normal fasting blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar, and at what level glycosylated hemoglobin should be controlled were 86 3%, 93 8%, 88 1%, 49 4%, 26 2%, and 25 6% respectively Conclusion The health education intervention carried out by multiple sectors is successful However, for many cities there is still a long way to go
