由于我们对于图书馆的人本精神缺乏深刻思考 ,对于人及其需求缺乏了解 ,对于服务的涵义缺乏认识 ,因而没有能够真正实现图书馆服务职能的本位回归。只有将人本精神全面贯彻到图书馆的思想建设、队伍建设、资源建设、设备建设和管理建设之中 。

By Lacking deeper considers of humanism spirit of library, lacking the understanding for the very person and their needs,lacking the cognition for the service,we can not really realize the library working service fuction to return.Has the humanism spirit completely carrying through the library developments,personnel developments,resources developments,equipment developments with managing developments,the library working fuction can really realize to return.
