现代社会对医务人员提出了更高的要求 ,医学教育改革随之推出了临床技能型研究生培养这一方案。主要介绍妇产科临床技能型研究生培养管理过程中出现的问题和应对措施 ,为社会培养既具有一定的临床实践能力 。
The education of postgraduates of medicine aims to culture excellent doctors in both clinical and research. This article discussed problems on the culture of postgraduates of clinical medicine as well as solutions.
