4 2 13芯片是摩托车领域广泛使用的点火芯片 ,在该芯片的外围电路中有两个重要的电阻RX1和RX2 ,它们的阻值决定着点火系统的进角特性。目前各点火器厂家普遍采用手工方法来实现配阻 ,本文介绍了一种基于单片机控制的装置 ,可以实现RX1和RX2的自动配阻。该装置具有高效。
In this paper, a single chip computer based test system for NC4213 - motorcycle ignition chip is introduced. By using analog switches and high precision resistances, an auto-test procedure under the control of the computer is achieved, in which the value of RX1 and RX2 - the two important resistances are figured out with great convenience and precision.
