摘要
高等学校学生工作往往存在"人治化"倾向,建立健全学生工作良性运行机制非常必要。有三种机制迫切需要建立与完善:一是学生作为教育客体的评价机制,以改革完善学生素质测评体系,实现学生的自我健康发展;二是学生工作队伍作为教育主体的竞争激励机制,以激发队伍的活力,实现全员育人;三是学院、班级、宿舍整体育人环境的考评机制,以形成育人氛围,实现全方位育人。
The altitude student affairs sometimes exist the trend of “human management”,it is important to establishing and completing the fine mechanism of student affairs.There are three kinds of mechanism must to be established and completed. The first is the evaluating mechanism of students to be as educational object, in order to transform and perfect the system of student affairs stuff and realize the fine progress; The second is the prompting mechanism of student affairs staff to be as educational body, in order to excite energy of the staff, realize the fine education whoever; The third is the mechanism of the educational condition in colleges ﹑classrooms and dormitories,in order to form the educational atmosphere,realize the fine education wherever.
