摘要
235头血样,采用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶双垂直板电泳检测血红蛋白(Hb)及血清运铁蛋白(Tf)的多态性。研究获得Hb及Tf的基因频率和基因型频率;Hb^A和Tf^D为优势基因,HbAA型和TfAD型为优势基因型。
235 Simmental blood samples polymorphism of Hemogobin and Serun transfferrin
were analyised by the cellulose acetate film and polyucrylamide gel electrophoresis. Hb^A,
Tf^D and HbAA, TfAD were most common genes and gene types. The frequiencies of
genes and gene types of Hb and Tf were estimated.
