小檗碱对急性缺血心肌的保护作用

Protective Effects of Berberine on Myocardium Suffered from Acute Ischemia

目的探讨小檗碱对急性缺血心肌的作用。方法用单相动作电位记录技术 ,记录兔在急性缺血状态时三层心肌单相动作电位 (MAP)的改变及使用小檗碱后的变化。结果小檗碱组缺血时动作电位振幅 (MAPA)与对照组相比变化较小 ,2相平台未见完全消失 ,MAP形态未呈典型的三角形改变。三层心肌跨室壁复极离散度 (TDR)降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。早期后除极 (EAD)及缺血性心律失常的发生率显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the effects of berbeine on myocardium suffered from acute ischemia in rabbit.Methods With the technique of monophasic action potential to observe the effects on MAP of three-tier myocardium during acute myocardial ischemia and the effects after berberine have been used.Results In the group of berberine,MAPA were changed relative diminutive in comparison with that in the control,and the 2-aspect platform did not disappear fully.The shap of MPA was not triangular.The TDR of three-tier myocardium were depress.The rates of EDA and arrhythm of acute ischemia were dropped markedly.Conclusion Berberine has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia.
