近年来,由于人民生活水平的提高,顾客对食品的安全、品质提出了更高的要求,加上政府部门的重视,冷藏链在食品行业中正逐步完善。冷藏库是冷藏链中一个关键性环节,而封闭式站及其配套设施又冷藏库中保证冷藏链“不断链”的重要环节。因此我们在设计与建造冷藏库时,有必要给予足够的关注和重视。

Recently, with the improvement of people's living condition, with the higher safety and quality of food demanded by clients,and also with the highly thinking by government,cold chain in food industry is consummating steply. Cold Storage is a key in cold chain and the refrigerated docks and relative equipments are the most important sectors in cold storage to ensure the integrality of cold chain. So, more attention should be paid during cold store design.
