摘要
对4种天然气相包络线图进行的分析结果表明,在对烃露点进行计算时,必须重视重组分的存在。工程计算规定,一般对组分进行分析时,分析精度只取至10-4,而烃中很多重组分含量的分析精度达到10-6,不在有效取值范围内,但是该分析精度值对烃露点计算十分重要。文中论述了油气取样分析方法,分析了烃露点计算中产生错误的原因,提出了应采取的措施,并对输气管道工程中露点计算问题提出了合理建议。
The envelope curve analysis on four kinds of natural gas shows that the existence of heavy components in hydrocarbon should be taken into more attention,when calculating the hydrocarbon dew point in gas transmission pipeline. The regularity in the project calculation defines the precision as the fourth decimal place. However,the analysis precision for the contents of the heavy components in hydrocarbon is the sixth decimal place,which has the importance to the calculation of the hydrocarbon dew point. The analysis methods for oil and gas sampling are presented. The reasons resulting in errors in the calculations of hydrocarbon dew point are analyzed. Some measures for reducing the errors and the suggestions to reasonably calculate dew point of hydrocarbon in the gas pipelines are proposed.
