摘要
在对国内外各种信息进行分析的基础上,提出了国家石油战略储备近期应以相当于90 d的石油进口量为目标,远期目标应达到120 d的进口量。提出了根据原油进口渠道、加工设施、交通设施、消费群体分布等情况确定储备基地的原则,同时阐述了选择储备品种及单罐储油容量的方法。
The demand for petroleum import in China is increasing day by day. The information of petroleum demand in the world is analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that the strategic oil reserve of China should be equal to the demand of ninety days in recent years,and the target is 120 days for a long period. The distribution of petroleum storage bases should be based on the petroleum import ways, refining and transfer devices and the consumers’ distribution. Moreover,the methods for selecting storage sorts and volume of single tank are described.
