摘要
辽河油田超稠油开采已进入高含水阶段,因而将汽车拉油方式改为管道输送。管道输送的输油温度主要依靠原有导热油加热和伴热系统加热;平台上原有的高架罐成为缓冲罐,将采油平台分为 3 种类型,采用二级布站方式将油输送到集中处理站。介绍了集中处理站的三种工艺流程,即一段热化学沉降脱水、二段热化学沉降脱水、二段加热二段脱水热化学沉降脱水流程,并对它们进行了对比分析和评价。
As the heavy oil production in Liaohe Oilfield entered into the high water cut period,the oil transportation by trucking has been changed into pipeline transportation. The oil heating way mainly relies on the existing heat-conducting and heat-tracing systems for maintaining oil temperature in pipeline. The original overhead tank on the pad serves as the buffer tank. The well production pads were divided into three types. Two-stage station arrangement mode was adopted to transport crude oil into the central gathering station. In this paper,three kinds of processing technologies are introduced and analyzed , including stage-1 thermo-chemical sedimentation and dehydration process,stage-2 thermo-chemical sedimentation and dehydration process,stage-2 heating and dehydration thermo-chemical sedimentation and dehydration process.
