中毒性表皮坏死松解症继发面部毛霉菌感染1例

Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis Complicated with Mucormycosis Infection on the Face :A Case Report

患者女 ,18岁。因解热剂致“中毒性表皮坏死松解症” ,大剂量应用糖皮质激素继发面部毛霉菌感染。口服伊曲康唑并予以 2 %特比萘芬液湿敷治疗痊愈。

A 18-year old female patient was describled.She was infected by mucor on her face during the treatment of high dose of glucocorticosteroid. Good therapeutic effect was obtained in the patient after combination oral Sporanox and topical 2% Lamisil solution.
