跟腱断裂术后伤口感染原因及治疗方法的探讨

Study of reason and treatment in wound infection in postoperation of achilles tendon rupture

目的 预防跟腱断裂术后感染。方法 对跟腱断裂术后感染原因进行系统分析。结果 术中操作不当、患者及跟腱本身因素是导致跟腱断裂术后感染的主要原因。结论 提高急性跟腱断裂诊断率、术中无创操作、术后预防措施是预防跟腱术后感染的重要措施。

Objective To prevent wound infection in postoperation of achilles tendon rupture.Methods To system analyse the reason of wound infection in postoperation of achilles tendon rupture.Results It was major reason that procedure in proper in intra-operative and reason of the patient and their achilles tendon.Conclusions To raise the diagnostic rate of acute achilles tendon rupture,the noninvasive operation and protective method in postoperation should be the important method.
