摘要
作者用向铸膜液中加水的方法对制备大孔膜进行了研究。选择适宜的聚砜浓度和水含量,可以制得截留分子量为15万的聚砜超滤膜。该膜对丙种球蛋白的截留率>95％,纯水透水速度可达70—80ml/cm^2·h(0.1MPa)。
Polysulfone UF membrane with large pore size preparaed by adding water in casting solution was studied in this paper. This kind of polysul-fone membrane with Molleculer Cut Off 150000 can be made by controlling polysulfone concentration and water content of casting solution.The rejection of γ-Globulin was more than 95%. Under the peressure of 0.1 MPa, the flux was between 70-80ml/cm2·h.
