摘要 目的:辣根过氧化物酶逆行追踪法研究风池穴透刺法的神经径路。方法:20只Wistar健康雌性大鼠随机分为针灸组和对照组。针灸组风池穴行透刺法针灸10min后,将300g/L辣根过氧化物酶(horseradishperoxidase,HRP)水溶液沿针道注入。对照组不行针灸,直接将300g/LHRP水溶液按透刺法注入风池穴。于第2天取材、固定。对脑、脊髓及神经节行连续冷冻切片,TMB呈色,中性红复染。结果:HRP阳性神经元出现于双侧第1~4颈神经节及其对应的颈髓前角、面神经核内侧部和副面神经核。在针灸组中,颈神经节,脊髓前角和面神经核中的HRP阳性神经元的数密度分别为:(2.65±2.39),(2.06±1.30)和(2.43±0.09)×103/mm3。随着存活时间的延长,阳性神经元密度减少,颜色变淡。两组中HRP阳性神经元分布相同,数量相似,差异无显著性意义。对照组阳性神经元中阳性颗粒较少,染色较淡。结论:风池穴可能通过与面神经核群及副面神经核、颈髓和延髓前角神经元相联系而发挥其功能。 AIM:To investigate the nervus-pathways of acupuncture at Fengch'ih(GB20) with reverse follow-up method of horseradish peroxidase(HRP). METHODS:A total of 20 health male Wistar rats were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group.After acupuncture at Fengch'ih for 10 minutes,300 g/L HRP aqueous solution was injected into the rats in acupuncture group,but it was directly injected into the rats without acupuncture in control group.All rats were selected and fixed on the next day.Brain,spinal cord and ganglia were frozen sliced consecutively,stained with tetramethylbenzidine(TMB),and stained with neutral red again. RESULTS:Positive neurons of HRP were found in 1 to 4 bilateral ganglia and its anterior horn of cervical spinal cord,medial part of facial nucleus and accessory facial nucleus.The numerical density of HRP-positive neurons in cervical ganglia,anterior horn of spinal cord and facial nucleus in acupuncture group were(2.65±2.39),(2.06±1.30) and(2.43±0.09)×103/mm3 respectively.With the survival time increasing,the density of positive neurons was decreased, and the color was faded.The distribution of HRP-positive neurons was same,the number was similar,and there was no significant difference in these two groups.Positive particles of positive neurons were less,and the color was light in control group. CONCLUSION:Fengch'ih may play its role combined with the group of facial nucleus,accessory facial nucleus,cervical spinal cord anterior and anterior horn neurons.
