弥漫性轴索损伤的CT诊断

CT Diagnostic of Diffuse Axonal Injury

目的 :提高对弥漫性轴索损伤 (DAI)CT征象的认识。材料与方法 :对 4 8例DAI的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 :弥漫性脑肿胀 2 1例。 35例脑实质内出血 (直径 <2cm) ,主要位于大脑皮、髓质交界区 ,基底节内囊区域、脑干、胼胝体。蛛网膜下腔出血 2 5例 ,脑室出血 8例 ,硬膜下血肿 6例 ,硬膜外血肿 4例。结论 :CT检查对DAI诊断和鉴别诊断有重要作用。

Purpose:To improve knowledge of the CT signs of diffuse axonal injury (DAI).Materials and Methods:Retrospectively study CT findings of the 48 cases with DAI.Results:The acute generalized brain swelling were found in 21 cases.35 cases were found small hemorrhage diameter than 2cm.The hemorrhage were at the corticomedullary junction,basal nuclei,internal capsule,brain stem,corpus callosum.Subarachnoid hemorrhage 25 cases.Intraventricular hemorrhage 8 cases.Subdural hematoma 6 cases.Epidural hematoma 4 cases.Conclusion:CT play a important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of DAI.
