摘要 对氧磷酶 (paraoxonase,PON)多基因家族有 3个成员 ,包括PON1、PON2和PON3。其与疾病的关系是近 10余年来的研究热点。文章综述了PON1、PON2与神经系统常见疾病的关系及其影响。 The paraoxonase multigene family contains three members, including PON1, PON2 and PON3. The relation between them and some diseases is the focus of investigation in the last decade. The present paper mostly reviews the association between PON1/PON2 and the common diseases in nervous system as well as their influence.
