暂时冠对牙周环境的影响

Influence of Temporary Crowns on the Periodontal Conditions.

目的 :探讨暂时冠对牙周环境的影响。方法 :对需作全冠或固定义齿修复的 15个病人的 15颗基牙 ,在牙体预备前及牙体预备后戴塑料暂时冠一周 ,记录牙龈探诊出血情况 ,测量龈沟液量 ,并检测GCF -AST水平。结果 :戴塑料暂时冠一周后 ,龈炎发生率、龈沟液量及GCF -AST活性差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :制作精良的暂时冠戴用一周不会对牙周环境造成不良影响。

Objective: To study the influence of temporary crowns on periodontal condition. Methods: Periodontal bleeding on probing(BOP), gingival crecular fluid (GCF)volume and aspartate amoniotransferase(AST) in GCF of 15 teeth in 15 patients has been examined immediately before preparation and after cemention of temporary crowns 1 week later. Results: The data indicated that BOP, GCF volume and GCF-AST did not differ significantly before and after cemention(P> 0.05 ). Conclusion: After cemented 1 week , there were not unfavourable influence of best temporary crowns on the periodontal conditions.
