青年女性咬肌B超形态与面颌形态关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :了解肌肉功能与颅颌面形态之间相互作用关系及作用模式 ,探讨错牙合畸形的形成机理。方法 :本研究采用超声成像技术测量 31例正常牙合青年女性其浅层咬肌横截面的周长、面积、横径、平均厚度及纵截面的长度 ,并将其与头影测量指标进行统计相关分析。结果 :紧咬位浅层咬肌厚度与上颌骨长度、后面高成正相关关系 ;长度与下颌升枝与SN平面的前下交角、下颌体长度、下颌综合长度、前下面高、全前面高、磨牙区牙槽高成正相关关系。结论 :浅层咬肌的厚度、长度对颅颌面垂直向形态有显著影响 ,同时厚度影响面中份深度。 Objective: The aim of this study was to test whether the ultrasound images of masseter muscle were related to the craniofacial morphology of individuals. Methods: Subjects contained 31 young female (Mean age: 21years 4 months). Ultrasound technique was applied to measure the ultrasound images ' perimeter, area, width, mean thickness, maximal thickness of the cross-section and the length of the vertical-section of masseter muscle under maximal clenching condition. The data were related to the cephalometry index. Result: The result showed that masseter muscle thickness has a significant relation to S-Go, Ptm-A and the length to ramus inclination, Go-Pg, ANS-Me. Conclusion: The result indicated that functional activities of masseter muscle influenced the craniofacial morphology.
