石斛毛状根诱导及培养条件的优化

Induction and Culture of Hairy-root by Agrobacteriun rhizogenes in Dendrobium nobile

目的 :建立石斛毛状根体系。方法 :用发根农杆菌A4菌株诱导石斛外植体获得毛状根 ,并对毛状根的培养条件进行优化。结果 :以蔗糖 (3% )为碳源 ,添加水解乳蛋白 (1g/L)的 1/ 2MS培养基为毛状根的最佳生长条件。

Objective:To obtain the hairy-roots of Dendrobium nobile.Methods:The hairy-root were obtained by infecting different explants with Agrobacteriun rhizogenes A_4 and culture conditions of hariy root were optimized.Result:The best conditions of hairy root culture were 1/2MS medium with sucrose (3%) as carbon material and lactalbumin hydrolyze (1g/L) as nitron material.
