摘要
针对设备维修管理系统中的设备维修周期优化计算问题 ,提出了设备维修管理系统模型 ,根据可靠性理论 ,给出该模型中用到的最佳维修周期算法 .并给出系统体系结构 ,采用J2EE、EJB、XML、Weblogic等技术实现了设备维修管理系统 .经现场运行表明 ,该系统比原来手工计算缩短维修周期 5 % ,运行稳定 。
Contraposing to equipment maintenance cycle optimization problem in equipment maintance management system, the article puts forward EMMS model, and OMC algorithm which is based on reliability theory and used in this model. The text gives the system's architecture structure. The equiptement maintance management is realized by making use of J2EE, EJB, XML, Weblogic and so on. The maintenhace cycle computed by the system reduces 5% than that computed by hand. The system run stably can make satisfied with the user.
