摘要
从恒温 2 0℃直接降温至 1 3℃的培养组、种群密度≥ 0 .9个 /mL培养组及积累大量代谢产物的拥挤水培养组均能诱发低脊锥唇溞产生卵鞍 ;卵鞍梨形 ,长约 0 .34mm ,宽约 0 .31mm ,厚约 0 .0 9mm ;储藏在冰箱 ( 4℃ )中 9个月卵龄的休眠卵 ,置于室温 ( 2 1± 4℃ )、自然光照条件下萌发率为 65 %
These growing groups whose cultivating temperature drops from 20 ℃ to 13 ℃ directly or whose population density is over or to equal 0.9/ml or who has accumulated lots of metabolites ,can induce the formation of ephippium ; ephippium has a shape of pear ,a length of about 0.34 mm and a width of about 0.31mm;the ephippium which has been stored at 4 ℃ for 9 months has a budding percentage of 65 under the condition of room temperature (21±4 ℃) and nature sunshine
