This review mainly summarized the generation and development of the molecular markers ,and particularized several important types of molecular markers ,which were widely used in current researches .Furthermore,the application of RAPD in molecular biology has also been discussed, especially emphasizing the unigue position in the field of classification and authentication about Alfalfa.
