总结我院介入放射学的工作经验,介入病房的日常管理和科研工作应以临床科室为标准。结合当前介入工作的性质和特点,分析存在的问题,并提出相关的解决思路,以促进介入放射学工作的良性发展。

To make summary of the experience on intervention radiology in our hospital, the daily management activities and researchshould target to the clinical departments(sectors). Based on the characteristics and nature of current intervention activities, the article analyzesthe problems and outlines the ideas for solutions to promote sound development of intervention radiology.
