摘要
《医疗事故处理条例》颁布后,医疗事故技术鉴定的数量明显上升,本文针对这一情况 ,分析了医疗事故技术鉴定的特性及医疗机构应对医疗事故技术鉴定的6个方面,以达到切实依法维护医疗机构和广大医护人员合法权益的目的。
Since the promulgation of 《Regulation on handling medical service accident》, the number of technical appraisal to medicalservice accident increases clearly. Aiming at the situation, the article analyzes the characteristics of technical appraisal to medical service accidentand 6 aspects medical institutions respond to technical appraisal to medical service accident in order to achieve the goal to safeguard the legalright of medical institutions and medical care providers according to laws/regulations.
