An Active Noise Control Strategy and Adaptive Algorithm in Vehicle Based on Engine Rotation Speed

摘要 在测试分析某轻型客车车内噪声特性的基础上,根据车内噪声主要峰值频率与发动机转速密切相关的特点,提出以发动机转速信号来构造车内有源消声系统初始次级声源参考信号的方法,研究基于该方法的车内有源消声控制策略和自适应控制算法,构建车内有源消声系统。通过对某轻型客车进行有源消声的试验研究表明,该系统结构简单、易于实现,并可显著降低由发动机振动和噪声辐射引起的车内低频噪声频谱中主要峰值处的噪声,在不同发动机转速下,使驾驶员耳旁噪声降低10dB(Lin)左右。 According to the close correlation between dominant noise peak value frequency in vehicle and engine rotation speed, a method using engine rotation speed to construct reference signal of the initial secondary noise source of an active noise control (ANC) system in vehicle is proposed on the basis of measuring and analyzing interior noise characteristic in a minibus. Control strategy and adaptive algorithm of the active noise control system is studied. Vehicle interior adaptive active noise control (AANC) system is established based on the above method. The active noise control experiments in the minibus show that the configuration of the adaptive active noise control system is simple and easy to be realized. It can effectively reduce noise amplitude of peak value points in vehicle interior low frequency noise spectrum. When using this adaptive active noise control system to reduce the interior noise of minibus, under different engine rotationspeeds, the noise sound pressure level around the driver's ear positions is reduced by about 10dB(Lin).
