分析了在油库清罐作业中存在着时机选择不当,作业人员安全意识不强,缺乏消防安全知识,违章作业和违章指挥等危险因素,提出清罐作业前一定要对施工队伍进行岗前培训,考核合格后方能上岗,在清罐作业中应加强对清罐作业的安全管理,有效控制爆炸性混合物,控制并消除点火源,妥善处理清罐污物等措施,以保证清罐作业的安全进行。

Operation at wrong time, lack of safety knowledge, and violation of the instruction are attributed to the accidents appearing in the course of purging tank. Strengthening management of purge work, controlling explosive compounds, eliminating fire source, and disposing effluent appropriately are important to guarantee safety of purge work.
