从国外油品质量升级看我国汽油柴油标准的发展及对策

DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC GASOLINE & DIESEL STANDARDS AND COUNTERMEASURES

通过对欧盟和美国汽车排放和汽油柴油标准的制定、我国汽油柴油标准发展沿革 ,以及汽油柴油组成与排放关系的研究 ,结合我国炼油和汽车工业的特点 ,在分析我国现有汽油、柴油质量状况的基础上 ,对照国外的普遍做法 ,对未来符合我国国情的汽油、柴油标准的发展对策提出若干思考和建议。

Through the research on vehicle emissions in EU and USA and their gasoline & diesel standards making, domestic gasoline & diesel standards development, relations between gasoline & diesel compositions and vehicle emissions, as well as the features of domestic oil refining and vehicle manufacture industry, some considerations and suggestions for future domestic gasoline & diesel standards development and corresponding countermeasures have been proposed based on the investigation and analysis of domestic gasoline & diesel quality status and the comparison with international usual practice.
