摘要
介绍了水夹点技术 ,利用浓度间隔图表和浓度组合曲线寻找最少新鲜水用量夹点 ,在夹点上方的用水操作可采用水回用而实现节水减排 ,应用水夹点技术对焦化用水操作进行了详细分析。
Water pinch point technology is expounded. Minimum fresh water consumption pinch point can be found with the concentration interval chart and concentration composite curve. Water reuse can be adopted for the operation above the pinch point to reduce water discharge. Water pinch point technology used in delayed coking unit operation has been analyzed in detail.
