我国工程项目实施招投标制度经过了起步、稳步发展和全国推行等三个阶段 ,承揽工程项目的竞争日趋激烈 ,投标报价是承揽项目的关键途径。介绍了投标工作的初评估。
Domestic engineering project bidding and proposal have experienced the three stages of start up, stable development and overall popularization. The competition is getting more and more intense. Primary evaluation of project bidding and proposal are expounded, for they are the key factors to obtain engineering projects.
