探讨了草浆黑液与赤铁矿流化床燃烧反应机理和工艺参数.通过差热分析得到关联式x/x_0=1-exp(-0.012t),可用于预测草浆黑液在流化床中燃烧时碱回收的转化率.实验表明,草浆黑液碱回收转化率可高达95%以上. ’
The affectting factors of combustion reaction in the technology for direct alkali recovery from straw pulp black liquor are discussed in this paper. By the defferential thermal analysis, the following relation expression has been yielded: X/X0=1-exp(-0.012t) which can be used to compute and predict the convertion efficiency in a process of alkali recovery when Straw pulp black liquor being fired in a fluidized bed furnace. Experiments showed that the alkali recovery from straw pulp black liquor may be up to 95%.
