在排球比赛中,网上争夺激烈,要获得比赛的优势,二传技术显得十分重要.二传运动员不但要具有传球准、稳的技术,而且还应提高传球姿势的隐蔽性.文章对提高排球二传技术隐蔽性的途径作一探讨,并提出一些教学及训练建议.

ln a volleyball match, competition over net is extremely intense. Set technology seems quite important to acquire superiority in the match. Setters should not only have technology of correctly and stably passing the ball, but also accelerate the concealment technology of pass gesture. Therefore, the paper expounds the way to improve the concealment technology of volleyball pass, and gives some suggestions for the teaching and training for references for the same trade.
