大学生一般应具备自学能力 ,创造能力 ,操作能力、表达能力和组织管理能力等五种能力 ,应从学好专业知识、积极投身实践和不断追求新知等方面入手 ,来培养大学生的这些能力。

University students should have the qualities of self-study, creativity, performance, expression and administration. They should be cultivated from many respects, such as well studying the major, actively participating in the practice and persistently pursuing new knowledge.
