肺血栓栓塞症的临床表现和初步诊断 被引量：2

摘要 肺血栓栓塞症 (PTE)临床表现谱极广且无特异性。若不考虑慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压 ,可将PTE分为三种主要临床类型 :急性非大面积PTE ,急性大面积PTE及亚急性大面积PTE。急性非大面积PTE最常见的症状是突发的呼吸困难、胸痛和心动过速 ,急性大面积PTE可有急性肺原性心脏病、晕厥、心源性休克和猝死等表现。亚急性大面积PTE则多为类似心衰或肺炎表现 ,特别是在老年患者。
