双肾动脉阻力指数比率对鉴别单侧肾脏良、恶性肿瘤意义

The Significance of Double Renal Arteries Resistance Index on Differentiation of Benign and Malign Tumors in Single Kidney

目的探讨双肾动脉阻力指数比率(RIR)在鉴别单侧肾脏良恶性肿瘤的使用价值。方法术前应用彩色多普勒超声检查82例肾脏肿瘤患者和同数量的正常人双肾动脉,测定其阻力指数(RI),然后计算阻力指数比值(RIR),手术后将病理证实为良、恶性肿瘤的病例进行分组,回顾性分析对照。结果恶性组与良性组及对照组平均RIR均有显著差异P<0.01,对照组与良性组之间无差异P>0.05。结论双肾动脉RIR≥1.10作为一个量化值,为单侧肾脏肿瘤良、恶性的鉴别诊断提供了新途径。

Objective To study the use value that two sides renal artery resistance index ratio in distinguishing renal tumor.Methods 82 eases patients and the same cases normal persons were examined with CDFI before operation determine the RI.Then we can know the RIR.After the operation compare the conclusion.Results The RIR malignant tumor cases are very different to the begin tumor and compared cases,it's P<0.01.The begin tumor and compared eases are P>0.05.Conclusions The RIR of two sides renal artery is very important in distinguishing the malignant renal tumor.
