戴角膜接触镜与青年型干眼症的相关性分析

The relativity analysis of adolescent dry eye syndrome with wearing contact lenses

目的 观察分析戴角膜接触镜与青年型干眼症的相关性。方法 随机对 2 2 2例 (4 4 4只眼 )近视患者用干眼测试仪进行检查。结果 2 2 2例中 ,戴角膜接触镜者 72例 ,其中 2 8例 (5 2只眼 )为干眼症 (38.8% ) ;未戴角膜接触镜者 15 0例 ,患干眼症者 2 2例 (39眼 ) (14 .6 % )。结论 在戴角膜接触镜的群体组中 38.8%患有干眼症 ,明显高于不戴角膜接触镜者 (14 .6 % ) ,与青年型干眼有明显关系。

Objective To observe and analyze the relativity of adolescent dry eye syndrome with wearing contact lenses.Methods 222 cases (444 eyes) with myopia were inspected random by dry eye testing instrument. Results In 72 cases with wearing contact lenses, there were 28 cases (52 eyes, 38.8%) were dry eye syndrome. At the same time, in 150 cases without wearing contact lenses, there were 22 cases (39 eyes, 14.6%) were dry eye syndrome. Conclusion The incidence of dry eye syndrome were higher in the group of wearing contact lenses. There were distinct relativity.
