下斜肌前转位术治疗先天性上斜肌麻痹

A study on inferion oblique muscles anterior transposition

目的 探讨下斜肌前转位术治疗先天性上斜肌麻痹的疗效。方法 对 2 3例先天性上斜肌麻痹患者经各种检查确诊无误时采用下斜肌前转位手术治疗 ,术后随访 6个月～ 2年 ,观察疗效。结果 治愈 11例 (4 7.82 ) ,改善 10例 (39.13) ,失败 3例 (13.0 4 % )。结论 下斜肌前转位术治疗上斜肌麻痹术式简单 ,并且安全、可靠、有效。

Objecive To study and observe the curative effect of inferior oblique muscles anterior transposition for superior oblique palsy Methods 23 Patients of superior oblique palsy. When definte diagnosis were made, these patients were treated by inferior oblique muscles anterior transposition. Following-up was from 6 months to 2 years. Results 11 patients were cured(47.82%),10 patients(39.13%)were improved,3 patients were failed(13.04%). Conclusions Inferior oblique muscle anterior transposition is simple and safe operation, effective operation for the treamant of superior oblique palsy.
