以征信体系建设为基础 加快社会信用体系的重建

本文指出信用是现代市场经济的基石。目前中国社会严重的信用缺失源于社会转型过程中道德理念的缺失,而信息不对称所产生的逆向选择和道德风险以及对失信行为惩戒制度的缺位加剧了社会信用缺失的严重性和危害性,因此构造良好的社会信用体系是建设有中国特色社会主义市场经济的当务之急。我们应该加快企业和个人征信体系的建设,以此来促进整个社会信用体系的重建和完善。

This paper indicates credit is the sill of the modern market economy. At present credit absence of china's society resulted from morality absence in the procession of society transformation. Furthermore, adverse selection and moral hazard generated by asymmetric information and the lack of the punishment regimentation for loss of credit aggravates the seriousness and the harm of the society's credit absence. It is urgent that we should establish a good system of society credit for the construction of socialism market economy with Chinese feather. And we should reconstruct and improve our society credit system by the means of accelerating construction of enterprise and personal credit investigation system.
