高效浓密机与压滤机联合洗涤流程应用的探讨

本文对多段高效浓缩机组成的逆流洗涤流程和3段高效浓缩机与1段压滤机组成的逆流洗涤流程进行了计算和分析,认为:采用3段高效浓缩机与1段压滤机组成的联合洗涤流程不但可使总洗涤率提高到99.69%,而且可采用酸化法回收置换贫液中的氰化钠,使氰化技术经济指标达到高度优化.

In this paper, a comparison was made between the counter-flow scrubbing circuit formed by multipl-estage high-efficacious thickeners and that formed by three-stage high-efficacious thickeners with one-stage pressure flter. Through calculation and analysis, it was proved that the latter circuit was superior to the former, because the latter not only raised the total scrubbing rate to 99.69%,but also recovered sodium cyanide from replaced lean liquor by acidification method.As a result, the techno-economic index of cyanide leaching got to high optimization.
