摘要
基于金(Ⅲ)对孔雀绿氧化次磷酸钠的强烈催化作用和孔雀绿的电化学活性,本文提出了一种新颖的测定矿样中痕量金的催化示波极谱分析法.方法的检出限为5ppb,线性范围为10~600ppb.测定200ppb和400ppb Au的相对标准偏差分别为4.5%和3.2%,将该法应用于金银标矿中金的测定,获得满意的结果.
A novel catalytic kinetic method for quantifying gold by using the new indicator reaction of Au(Ⅲ)-H2PO2-malachite green with oscillopolarogra-phic detection is proposed.A detection limit of 5ppb and a linear range of 10 to 600ppb Au are obtained.Interferences by possible co-existing ions are measured. The relative deviations in the determination of 200 ppb and 400ppb of Au are 4.5% and 3.2% respectively This method has been applied to the determination of trace gold in standard Ag-Au ore with good results.
