从中硫化物高砷矽卡岩型金矿石氰化尾渣中综合回收铜的工艺研究

摘要 本文针对某矿氰化尾渣中含有大量有价金属而未回收的问题进行了试验研究,采用拷胶抑砷等优先浮选铜工艺,取得较好效果.铜精矿品位15.40%;含金20.78g/t;含银77.36g/t;含砷<0.3%以及93.16%的铜回收率指标,年效益约在170万元以上. Directing against a great quantity of valued resources contained in cyanide tailing but unrecovered yet in a certain mine, this paPer made a significant study and experiment of Preferential flotation of coPPer by way of inhibition of arsenic and other elements with tannin, achieving marked results.That is to say,the coPPer concentrate of 15.40% in grade was oblained which contained gold 20.78g/t,silver 77.36g/t and arsenic<0.3%. As a result, the coPPer recorery from the copper concentrate reached to 93.16%and the annual economic benefit of this mine attained to over 1.7 million yuans.
