循环流化床常压煤气化的初步试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 建立了一套常压热态循环流化床煤气化试验台,采用神华煤进行了初步的试验研究.结果表明,试验台可长时间稳定运行,碳转化率和冷煤气效率分别可达到96 9%和60 5%,但存在高温结渣和飞灰碳损失高等问题. A circulating fluidized bed gasification test rig (CFBR100) was built and some primary experiments on Shenhua coal gasification at atmospheric pressure were made. The tests were run stably and carbon conversion and gasification efficiency could be attained 96.9 % and 60.5 %, respectively. But there were problems, e.g. clinker and the high carbon losses in fly ash.
