俯卧位吸氧对慢性阻塞性肺气肿病人急性发作期氧合状态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的 ]探讨俯卧位吸氧对慢性阻塞性肺气肿 (COPD)急性发作期病人血氧饱和度 (SpO2 )的影响。[方法 ]选择COPD急性发作期病人2 1例 ,采取半卧位吸氧 3h ,俯卧位吸氧 3h ,再复转为半卧位吸氧 3h ,观察 3个不同时段病人SpO2 及生命体征的变化。 [结果 ]不同时段病人生命体征变化无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而SpO2 在俯卧位吸氧时明显高于半卧位吸氧 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,再复转为半卧位时 ,SpO2 维持在初始半卧位略高的水平。 [结论 ]俯卧位吸氧能够改善COPD急性发作期病人的氧合状态 ,对减轻病人的临床症状、促进病人的康复有一定作用。 Objective: to probe into the influence of oxygen inhalation on arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO_2) of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in prone position in attack period. Method: a total of 21 patients with COPD in attack period were selected and were given oxygen inhalation in semi-reclining position, prone position and returning to semi-reclining for 3 hours respectively. Then the changes of SpO_2 and vital signs of these patients were monitored in 3 periods of oxygen inhalation. Result: there was no difference in terms of vital signs of patients during various periods(P>0.05).However, the SpO_2 in patients accepted oxygen inhalation in prone position is obviously higher than that in semi-reclining position (P<0.05).While COPD patients returned to semi-reclining position oxygen inhalation, the SpO_2 of them kept a little higher level than that in primary period of semi-reclining position oxygen inhalation. Conclusion: it showed that COPD patients' oxygenation in acute attack period can be improved by inhaling oxygen in prone position, which can abate patients' clinical symptoms and promote their recovery to some extent.
