摘要
[目的 ]评价复合性损伤护理培训模式。 [方法 ]采用自行设计的复合伤相关知识试卷 ,对相关医院的护理人员进行第 1次考核 ,然后按预定模式进行培训 ,培训后再进行第 2次考核 ,对培训效果进行评价。 [结果 ]培训后复合伤知识总分 (2 4.19分± 1.64分 )高于培训前(10 .0 2分± 1.96分 ) ,不同学历、职称、工作年限的护士复合伤知识掌握程度差异无统计学意义。 [结论 ]对医院护理人员 ,采用复合性损伤护理培训模式进行培训 ,能提高护理人员对复合性损伤知识的掌握程度。
Objective: to evaluate on the training modes of nursing care of patients with combined injuries. Method: nursing staff from several hospitals were examined in the first time by answering self-made test papers about combined injuries nursing care. The second examination was carried out after nurses got training based on scheduled mode.Then the training effect was evaluated. Result: total scores of combined injuries knowledge of nurses after training are 24.19±1.64 higher than that 10.02±1.96 before training. However, there was no significant difference in grasp of combined injuries knowledge after training in nurses with different educational background, different professional title and different nursing practice time periods. Conclusion: nursing training mode for combined injuries could enhance the grasp of knowledge about combined injuries of nursing staffs.
