摘要
多层陶瓷微波滤波器具有体积小、插损小和衰减大的特性,在移动通信、数字化家电等产品中已得到广泛应用。在对一阶带通滤波器的网络分析方法和带状线的传输理论进行阐述的基础上,给出多层陶瓷微波滤波器的设计原理,并从实际设计中得出了一个经验公式,利用此公式能快捷、方便地设计出一些工作于1~6GHz频段范围内的带通滤波器,利用此方法设计了一个中心频率为f0(在1~6GHz范围内)的带通滤波器,并给出了相应的模型仿真结果与产品的测试结果。
Small size,low loss and high attenuation are the characteristics of multilayer structure ceramic microwave filter, and it is now being employed in communication and electric products application. The network analysis on band pass filter with one LC resonance circuit and the concept of stripline are described in this paper; the design method on multi-layer microwave ceramic filter is obtained from it. The formula is determined from analyzing some design examples, so the band pass filter that center frequency is from 1 GHz to 6 GHz can be projected easily and quickly compared with traditional accurate means. Finally, one band pass filter with its center frequency \%f_0\% (in the scope of 1~6 GHz) is devised according to the formula, provided with the results of its model simulation and the measurement about this product.
