住宅楼给水排水工程中几个问题的讨论

针对单元式住宅建筑中室内给水排水工程在实际施工和住户使用过程中出现的水源不洁和水箱的滋生藻类等现象,给水管材选定以及高峰用水供水不足、节约能源、排水不畅和一些工程质量、影响住户使用功能的一些问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决方法。

In the installation and residential application of the water supplying and drainage system for the residential building in unit style, there exist some problems, such as the water source is not clean and algae may grow in the water box. The key problems including water pipe material selection, insufficient water supply at peak time, energy saving, drainage, engineering quality and others which may affect residential functions have been discussed and the correspondent solutions have been put forward in this paper.
