气相色谱法测定蔬菜和水果中的有机磷残留农药

Determination of trace organophosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography in the same time

采用CP3800美国瓦里安气相色谱仪,氮磷检测器(TSD),毛细管气相色谱法测定蔬菜、水果等农产品中11种有机磷农药的残留量,11种有机磷农药都能够得到较好的分离,分离效果好。采用外标法定量。测定的分析方法变异系数(RSD)在0.8%～6.4%之间,11种有机磷农药标样在不同蔬菜中的添加回收率在77.4%～107.2%之间,满足农药残留分析要求。本方法可用于测定蔬菜、水果等农产品中11种有机磷农药的残留量,检测过程简便、快速。

A method for determination eleven trace organophosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables was studied by Gas Chromatography. These pesticides are methidophos, dichlorvos, acephate, omethate, phorate,dimethoate, carbofaran, parathion-methyl, fenitrothion, malathion and parathion. The recoveries of these organophosphorus pesticides are between the range of 77.4%～107.2%, and the RSD are between the range of 0.8%～6.4%. The method introduced here is simple, feasible and reliable. The obtained results are satisfactory.
