The problems that affect quality education on college students lies in vulnerability of psycology, big gap of individual differences, and the lack of humanistic spirit. To solve these problems, we need to construct a good culture environment on campus, enforce teachers' personification and make good use of modernized communication methods to improve the quality level of college students morality, cultural quality and ability in practice.
