摘要
目的 了解云南西南部恶性疟和间日疟现症病人的血象和某些血液学变化。 方法 以来自陇川县、瑞丽市和部分缅甸北部居民镜检证实为恶性疟和间日疟的现症住院病人 ,进行血常规检验和谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮测定。 结果 恶性疟、间日疟血常规各检验 69例和 3 4例 ,血小板、白细胞、红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量低于正常值者 ,恶性疟依次为 81 2 %、10 1%、3 4 8%、5 3 6% ,间日疟依次为 69 7%、2 0 6%、2 9 4%、5 0 0 %。恶性疟和间日疟谷丙转胺酶高于正常值者分别 3 85 % (2 /5 2 )和 4 5 % (1/2 4) ,χ2 =0 0 0 0 4,P >0 0 5 ;尿素氮高于正常值者各为 2 3 5 3 % (12 /5 1)和2 5 0 % (6/2 4) ,χ2 =0 0 19,P >0 0 5。结论 两种疟疾均可引起较为严重的贫血、白细胞总数降低 ,尤其是血小板的减少 ;对肝脏、肾脏功能均有不同程度的影响 ,而对后者的影响更为显著。
Objective To understand the changes on the blood picture, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and blood urea nitrogen in patients with P. falciparum and P. vivax in the South-west Yunnan. Methods The blood picture, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and blood urea nitrogen were tested to P. falciparum and vivax malaria patients from Longchuan County, Ruili City in Yunnan and part of inhabitants from North Burma. Results 69 falciprum and 34 vivax malaria, patients were tested with the blood picture with platelet under normal 81.2% and 69.7%, leucocyte under normal 10.1% and 20.6%, red blood cell under normal 34.8% and 29.4%, hemoglobin under normal 53.6% and 50.0%, respectively. The 51 falciparum and 34 vivax malaria patients' glutamic-pyruvic transaminase were above the normal 3.85% and 4.5% (P>0.05) and blood urea nitrogen were above 23.53% and 25.0% (P>0.05) respectively. Conclusion Infeetion with P. falcipamm and P. vivax can result in serious anemia, reduction of leucocyte, especially, reduction of platelet and certain effect to liver and kindney, especially, an evident effect to kidney.
